Chouchou is a visionary pâtisserie and café concept centered around the idea of immersive hospitality. Developed as my Bachelor Thesis, the project reimagines the traditional coffeehouse experience through a holistic brand ecosystem that combines refined gastronomy, thoughtful design, and multisensory storytelling.

From brand strategy and positioning to corporate identity, spatial experience, packaging, and communication design, every touchpoint was carefully crafted to create a distinctive and emotionally engaging customer journey.
